MEDITATION
Give this to yourself an hour everyday.
Retreat into nature, go to the ocean, take with you your books of inspiration, sit in silence, do your inner work and read your affirmations.
This is a wonderful way to retrain our nervous system.
Another way to look at mediation and "inner work" is as a practice to move into the new. Creating a new us.
We have all practiced our old ways for so long and thus our nervous system has been trained to that. Taking time each day to a new practice of meditation, affirmation and inner work retrains our nervous system to the new.
