WHY YOU ARE HERE
“Joy”
You are now beginning to hit a rough patch in this process.
And as you continue to move to the core of your heart you are beginning to face
feelings that you might not like. Now however, you come to a place to make a
choice and decision to move further into the unknown and decipher for yourself
your new soul family. What We mean by decipher is to now look into the mirror,
know who you are you and what you say you want. What do you want?
You are moving to the core of your heart where feelings lie
and these are the feelings you have resisted and avoided. Yet now they are
surfacing. Most of you have made the choice to move further on the pathway to
create the new world of harmony, community and equality and change the world
that already exists. The feelings that now surface represent the world that
already exists within you. And as these feelings come up, with them are choices
and questions. What are the feelings, and what are the questions that come up
with them? Move into the depth and
breadth of your heart now.
Many of you say, I
want to change the world outside of me.
Well then are you ready to change the world inside of you first, the old
world that exists inside of you? The old world within where old habits,
patterns and rituals exist. Are you ready to take the leap into change? Change
within to fully embody who you are. Do you know who you are? For if you know this you can now move one step
further on the pathway into realizing and remembering your talents and gifts.
You are now moving into core feelings that correspond with
the old habits, patterns, rituals and attachments. Where are you? Where are you
right now in your life? Do you enjoy being where you are in your life right now?
This message is about joy, joy in your life. Are you
enjoying you in your life? Are you enjoying the path moving forward and toward?
Or are you remaining in lack and limitation and struggling to survive aspects
of it, and actually enjoying that because it is familiar to you? Are you confusing joy with safety and
security? Is there joy in your life? What is joy to you?
The next exercise is simple. What is joy for me? Is there
joy in my life? Can I look at five aspects that I love about me and feel joy?
Or do I judge and shame them? Can I look at five aspects of my talents and
gifts and feel joy now that I looked into the mirror and recognized all of
this?
You have gone through the series, "Who Are
You?" Do you now have joy in
knowing who you are? Or do you sink and indulge into the feelings that you have
resisted and avoided by perpetuating patterns, habits, rituals and attachments
to old relationships? Do your current
relationships bring you joy? Or do they
allow you to remain or enable you sinking and indulging into feelings and
perpetuate old habits, patterns, and rituals? Is that relationship a
perpetuation of an old pattern, habit and ritual? If your answer is yes to
this, where are you attached to the old?
Joy is a natural state of beingness. Does being you with who
you are bring you joy?
What is Joy for me? Write down what it is for you.
As you do this new exercise it is most important that you
fully immerse yourself within. For this exercise is a tough one for most of
you. You will hear old voices that will come up to edit joy for you. What do
you feel? What is your first reaction when you begin to feel joy? And what are
the additional feelings that come up?
Write down the feelings that come up when
you simply write down "joy"? What comes up for you immediately? What
are the voices that come up that guide you to deny fulfillment?
Joy is simply feeling fulfilled within the depth and breadth
of your heart. Filling yourself up with you. Knowing who you are. Being who you
are. Feeling all of your feelings. Joy is you fulfilled.
Knowing what your
talents and gifts are and knowing from within you are giving of those talents
and gifts and being who you are.
Joy is not received from outside of you. Yet it is
stimulated by those outside of you and from situations as well. Joy is
fulfillment of you from within. Joy is
not learned it just is. You are joy.

Write it down what it is for you.

What is your first reaction when you begin to feel joy?
What are the additional feelings that come up?
Write down the feelings that come up when you simply write
down "joy"?
What comes up for you immediately?
What are the voices that come up that guide you to deny
fulfillment?
