TIMES OF CHANGE
Many have taught throughout human history that change is
all there is and the quality of our lives and sometimes survival is dependent
upon accepting change.
In many languages
chaos and change are the same word expressing that chaos and change are
essential aspects of creation.
While we express our truth, needs and boundaries, let us
affirm the changes we are experiencing are an opportunity for improvement.
Going into the unknown, releasing the old, accepting the
new, is not an easy task but surrendering to the unknown can allow new changes
beyond our expectations.
As we grow older it is often more difficult to accept
change. Let us employ our ‘youthful’ minds and emotions and know, not believe,
through our self-empowerment and trust of change we can accept an unexpected gift.
