Christmas, no matter your religion or beliefs is a time when
our hearts wake up. A time “to think” with our loving. hearts. A time to balance
giving and receiving. A time to be emotional and allow our feelings to be expressed
and released.
As the weather becomes cooler our hearts become warmer. We
decorate an already beautiful world to increase its reality.
We can have more gratitude as we further focus on what is in
our lives rather than what is not
We can balance giving and receiving as we further allow
ourselves to receive as well as give, reducing the teaching it is better to
give than receive.
Christmas is a time where our own childhood joy and magic is
stirred as we focus on children. It is a time where the unbelievable becomes
believable again.
It is a time where we take a living green tree and add some
bling for it to become more extraordinary. It is a time for no reason where we smile
more.
Christmas is a time where are renewed, and we can embrace
the diversity of humanity and see aspects of ourselves in others.
Christmas is a time of knowing that being present is the
present.
