If current events and the pandemic are overwhelming you,
if the loss of a loved one is taking your breath away, if your heart is broken,
if you can only see the ugliness in this world---then, with the strength of the
eternal spirit within you, pause and connect with the light that never stops
shining in your soul and in response
(not react) to life use your free will, your willpower, your free choices to
stand up straight, look the life forces in the face that are taking you to the
abyss and affirm with your divine dignity, “ I AM A DIVINE SPIRIT HAVING THIS
HUMAN EXPERIENCE EVOLING AND ASCENDING ONWARD, no matter how life may look.
