THE REASON FOR EVIL AND SUFFERING
The root for all our trouble is not our innate wickedness and greed. It is our very “I-ness,” since all our negatives grow out of this individuality. Our ego defenses surrounding our inner wounds are the cause knowing the effect. It is humanity’s individuated existence (separate from our divinity) which converts our pain into long term suffering. And it is this ego-existence that most hold on to for dear life. We each are in a ‘personal process’ to release the ego housed in our mental body and return it in service to our knowing, loving heart. Then we can ‘think’ with our hearts allowing no more evil and suffering.
